International shipping to Australia will be charged a flat rate of AUD $30
International shipping to New Zealand, USA & Europe will be charged a flat rate of AUD $55
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us

As all the products are made by hand, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and approximately 4-5 business days for international shipping.
We do not accept PO BOX addresses as your order will be delivered by DHL and requires a signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
thread by me accepts exchanges on the rare occasion you may find a fault in your purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges in size or colour as we make to order and every piece is dyed and cut by hand.
Please refer to the size guide to check your measurements against the product you have ordered.
Items must be unworn and unused in their original condition and with all tags attached & purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We do not give refunds, only exchange.
We require proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages.

TAX & DUTIES
Shipping cost does not include any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your country.
All taxes and duties differ between countries.
The payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.
Shipping cost will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
